1. Product Introduction

13X molecular sieve is a sodium-form synthetic zeolite material with 10Å pore size, featuring FAU-type crystal structure. As one of the most widely used large-pore molecular sieves in industry, its unique adsorption characteristics make it a critical material in gas separation and purification applications.

- Pore Size: 10Å (1.0nm)

- Surface Area: >700m²/g

- Bulk Density: 0.62-0.68g/cm³

- Static Water Adsorption: 28-32% (wt/wt)

- CO₂ Adsorption Capacity: 18ml/g (25, 1atm)

- Regeneration Temperature: 200-350

3. Product Features

   1. Extra-Large Pores: Capable of adsorbing molecules <10Å in diameter

   2. High Adsorption Capacity: Superior adsorption capability for polar molecules like H₂O and CO₂

  3. Excellent Thermal Stability: Withstands regeneration at 350

  4. Good Mechanical Strength: Crush resistance >30N/bead

4. Main Applications

- Air Separation: Medical/industrial oxygen production (PSA/VPSA processes)

- Gas Purification: Natural gas desulfurization/dehydration, CO₂ capture

- Petrochemical Industry: Olefin/paraffin separation, solvent recovery

- Environmental Protection: VOCs treatment, nuclear waste gas adsorption

 5. Usage Guidelines

   1. Activation:

   - Requires 4-6 hours activation at 300 before first use

   - Recommended heating rate: <5/min

  2. Operating Conditions:

   - Recommended operating temperature: 20-300

   - Avoid contact with strong acids (pH<3) 

6. Precautions

- Storage: Keep sealed in dry environment (RH<40%)

- Avoid contact with oils

- Wear protective equipment during handling

 7. Packaging Specifications

- Standard packaging: 25kg/bag (aluminum foil composite bag)

- Custom packaging available upon request
