High viscosity agent
■ Product Introduction:
The high viscosity agent for attapulgite is processed from colloidal attapulgite clay ore as raw material, and the production process includes mineral processing, crushing, activation soaking, pressing, drying, and grinding. Concave convex bar stone high viscosity agent has high adhesion, excellent suspension and colloid thixotropy. Its characteristics are strong adhesion, good suspension, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, fire resistance, corrosion resistance, inertness and stability in the working medium, and it is not easy to collapse or deform after forming. Widely used in the molding of various new types of boards for pellet feed, pellet fertilizer, mineral desiccant, molecular sieve, and construction, and can also be used as a suspension agent and thickener for various mid to high end coatings.
■ Product features
1. High viscosity, strong adhesion, non-toxic, pollution-free, environmentally friendly, used for mineral wool sound-absorbing panels (ceilings), with functions of decoration, sound absorption, insulation, fire prevention, energy saving, sterilization, and air purification.
2. It has good suspension, thickening, leveling, and colloidal properties, and is widely used as an anti settling thickening agent in industries such as paint, coatings, putty, ink, etc.
3. It is inert and does not react with molecular sieves. Using it as a molecular sieve adhesive can reduce molecular sieve wear, improve strength, enhance appearance, and improve product quality.
4. It has the characteristics of high water absorption, sound insulation, thermal insulation, strong adhesion, and good adsorption. Used as a binder and filler for hollow glass desiccants and other desiccants.
5. Lightweight in specific gravity, good in suspension, and strong in adsorption, it can be used as a catalyst carrier, pharmaceutical carrier, and suspension agent for water-based coatings, liquid fertilizers, liquid pesticides, and seed coating agents.
6. It has salt resistance, is not affected by electrolytes, and can still produce slurry in saturated saltwater. The produced drilling mud is suitable for drilling in marine and saline formations.
