Attapulgite Bleaching Earth 

■Description of the Product

This product is made from a rare natural mixture clay (natural attapulgite and montmorillonite intergrowth clay). It is made through special technology. The product can be used safely for edible oil decolorization and absorption. It has good decoloring capacity, high adsorption and fast filtration speed properties. It's an ideal substitute goods for activated carbon and activated clay.

■Product Applications

1.This product is mainly used for decolorization and adsorption of edible oil (including palm oil, rapeseed oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, sesame oil, cottonseed oil, coconut oil, sunflower seed oil) and industrial animal oil & vegetable oil.

2.Used for decolorization and refining of petroleum products (including diesel, aviation kerosene, lubricating oil).

3.Used for recycle of industrial waste oil (including waste diesel, waste edible oil, oil refining by tyre).

■Product Features

1.Using this product is very simple. Oil factories don't need to change existing production processes. The chlorophyll and color of vegetable can be absorbed sufficiently. After decolorization the oil will have lower acid value and inhibit color reversion.

2.When used in edible oil decolorization and absorption it can effectively remove the harmful heavy metal ions and carcinogen-aflatoxin and improve the oil health quality significantly.

3.It has obvious effect of deodorization, cleaning groundy, dewaxing, desulfurization and deacidification. So it can further enhance the quality of high edible oil.

4.The neutral pH value prolongs the service life of the filter.

5.High specific surface, Fast filtration speed and Low oil retention rate.
